I happen to love skeletons/skeletal Lich's (As much as my favorites would like to disagree, it's true.) This is no exception! I think it's a great piece of work! I couple things I will point out however (Please - try not to take my responses too terribly seriously. I'm a bit of a detail freak, so I may get carried away at times, but I'm just trying to help. :3):
Ribs: They have a natural curve to them in order to encompass all the organs inside of them. (Heart, Lungs, Stomach, upper left corner of the Liver, Ect. Ect.) You're Lich's ribs are a tad flat.
Skull: The skull is slightly squarish, and that's how it's supposed to be, with the exception of two details: First, the jaw and mandible are a tad short. It makes it seem to me like it's hinged too low, whereas the jaw is supposed to be hinged higher up - level with the nostrils, going back to just before the earlobe. The last thing is the rounding of the skull - it's slightly bulged, but it's a problem I've run into myself. It's really hard to get right. The jaw hinge points should be the connecting point of the skull to the lower jaw area, and the cheekbone (or the Zygomatic bone) runs in front of it, blocking off where it connects into the rest of the skull further back.
Other than those two areas. I love it! Here's to hoping you make more dead bodies for me to marvel at. (Preferably skeletal. I don't do well with rotting corpses.) Jokes aside - well done.
